3-D Magic
Card Tricks
Extrasensory Perception
The Effect
Be able to identify the card's face value from the back side.
Instructions
- Hold the 3-d cards face down in your left hand and place your right middle finger over the upper left corner. Take your right thumb and use it as a brace over the bottom right corner.
- Starting from the bottom of the deck, allow your right middle finger to pull upward giving the cards a fan effect.
- Ask the participant when to stop. When you get the direction, stop. With your right hand, slowly pull the reaming cards away and put them under the cards in your left hand. This is when and where you should view the magic card using 3-D Vision.
Note: The top card of the deck is the participants card.
- Give the 3-d deck to the participant and have them look at the top card and place it back in the deck. Highly recommend to the participant to shuffle the deck a couple of times. Have the participant give back the deck. Just in case they are not satisfied, go ahead and shuffle a few more times. At this time, flip the deck over a spread the cards out and reveal their magic card.
Hints
- When performing a trick you should always give a spiel that fits your personality.
- It is not recommended to perform the same trick back to back. Always keep the crowd wondering how the trick was pulled off. Have fun!
